  • seated cable row 4x12,10,8,6 then dropset till failure

  • lat. pull down 3x10,8,6 then dropset into shortened partials and lengthened partials

  • high row 3x8-10 reps then 3-5 single arm reps each side

  • low row single arm 3x8-10 reps each side

  • lat. pull overs 3x10 then dropset

  • face pulls 3x12 then dropset

  • bicep curls 3x10 then droplet
